Black neon tetras (*Hyphessobrycon herbertaxelrodi*) are not a colour morph of the neon tetra. They show a black-and-white stripe and stay around 4 cm. Keep eight to ten in a planted tank at 23–27°C with gentle flow. Peaceful with other small tetras and shrimp. Feed crushed flake and baby brine. They look dull as a trio in a bare tank. Bengaluru delivery only. GST 0. Packed in oxygen bags. Acclimate slowly.
